What we do:
1. Korean culinary education & event management: From workshops to large-scale cultural programs, we design meaningful experiences rooted in tradition and innovation.
2. Korean food (restaurant) & kimchi expertise: We work with restaurants, chefs, and institutions to interpret Korean cuisine: from kimchi to contemporary Korean cuisine, with menu development and localization.
3. Creative gastrodiplomacy & food storytelling: We collaborate with public institutions, embassies, and media to promote Korean cuisine as a bridge across cultures.
